SciencePAD is currently in its early design and prototyping phase. Most of the functionality of this site is under development and it is not as automated or user friendly as we plan it to be for the final production version. Your contributions to the site with new registrations of users, organizations, collaborations and software, comments and new ideas are warmly welcome. MetaPath is a tool for the analysis of metabolic pathway and associated visualisation of experimental data. Built on the MetaCyc database it provides an interactive map in which multiple pathways can be simultaneously visualised. Multiple annotations from the MetaCyc database are available including synonyms, associated reactions and pathways and database unification links. Metabolomics change data can be imported via simple CSV formats for visualisation on targeted pathways. Pathways can be mined and removed algorithmically to identify key re
GVSS is developed for large-scale drug screening. It vastly reduces the cost and time of screening by the distributed computing infrastructure. From data preparation, docking simulation, results analysis to visualization, all the services in the virtual screening process are supported by the GVSS web portal. Both Audock version 3 and version 4 are supported by GVSS2 now. GVSS also provides around 700 proteins from Protein Data Bank and about 10 million drug compounds from the ZINC database as the default data source.
UNICORE (Uniform Interface to Computing Resources) offers a ready-to-run Grid system including client and server software.
UNICORE makes distributed computing and data resources available in a seamless and secure way in intranets and the internet.
UNICORE has special characteristics that make it unique among Grid middleware systems. The UNICORE design is based on several guiding principles, that serve as key objectives for further enhancements.
