REMS (Resource Entitlement Management System) is a tool for managing access rights to resources, most importantly scientific datasets. A researcher can fill in a data access application which REMS then circulates to the dataser owner (or his/her representative(s)) for review and approval. REMS provides also necessary reporting functionality and the integrations to the dataset catalogue (for dataset metadata import to REMS) and the Policy Enforcement Point (for enforcing the access rights granted on REMS).

The GridWay Metascheduler enables large-scale, reliable and efficient sharing of computing resources: clusters, supercomputers, stand-alone servers… It supports different LRMS types within a single organization or scattered across several administrative domains. GridWay provides a single point of access to all resources in an organization, from in-house systems to Grid infrastructures and Cloud providers. GridWay supports most of existing Grid middlewares, can be used on main production Grid infrastructures and can access to Cloud resources.

gLExec is a program that acts as a light-weight 'gatekeeper'. it takes Grid credentials as input, and takes the local site policy into account to authenticate and authorize the credentials. It will then switch to a new execution sandbox and execute the given command as the switched identity. gLExec is also capable of functioning as a light-weight control point which offers a binary yes/no result in logging-only mode.

GVSS is developed for large-scale drug screening. It vastly reduces the cost and time of screening by the distributed computing infrastructure. From data preparation, docking simulation, results analysis to visualization, all the services in the virtual screening process are supported by the GVSS web portal. Both Audock version 3 and version 4 are supported by GVSS2 now. GVSS also provides around 700 proteins from Protein Data Bank and about 10 million drug compounds from the ZINC database as the default data source.
