What is NorduGrid?
The NorduGrid Collaboration coordinates the development of Advance Resource Connector (ARC) - an open source Grid middleware. The Collaboration goals are:
- Develop and support the ARC middleware.
- Coordinate contributions to the ARC code.
- Define strategical directions for development of the ARC middleware following latest tendencies in the Grid technologies.
- Maintain minimal infrastructure necessary for open source code development.
- Promote ARC middleware solutions in such areas as Grid development, deployment and usage.
- Contribute to development of open standards in Grid and related areas.
