openModeller [1]

openModeller

openModeller is a multi-platform C++ framework for ecological niche modelling. It supports different raster formats for environmental data, different formats for species occurrence data and it contains several modelling algorithms. Besides the C++ framework itself, there are command-line tools, a graphical user interface, a web service interface and an API for Python.
